The Ternopil regional state administration provides conditions for reports by employees of the regional state administration and its structural subdivisions and other persons about violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", in particular through a special telephone line, electronic means of communication, other means of postal communication, and also during the personal reception of the head of regional state administration or his deputies on reception days according to the approved schedule.
According to the first part of Article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", whistleblowers and their relatives are under the protection of the state. In the presence of a threat to the life, housing, health and property of whistleblowers, their relatives in connection with the notification of possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of this Law, law enforcement agencies may apply legal, organizational measures to them - technical and other measures aimed at protection against illegal encroachments, provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the safety of persons participating in criminal proceedings".
To protect his rights and represent his interests, the whistleblower can use all types of legal aid provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Free Legal Aid" or engage a lawyer on his own.
A special telephone line - (0352) 52-32-82, which receives reports on corruption offenses or offenses related to corruption by employees of the Ternopil Regional State Administration and its structural subdivisions.
Hours of operation of the special telephone line: from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. 00 min. until 1 p.m. 00 min. and from 1 p.m. 45 min. until 5 p.m. 00 min. (Monday - Thursday) on Friday until 15.45.

In order to process reports about possible facts of corruption offenses as quickly and correctly as possible, the following should be done:
- contain factual data about the circumstances of the offense, the place and time of its commission and the person who committed it;
- be reliable
- contain information that the whistleblower received during his work, professional, economic, social, scientific activities.
Such reports of whistleblowers can be both anonymous and with an indication of authorship.
